There is a yummy crock pot of goodness in my kitchen and it smells sooooo good!! It's beef and broccoli night - our FAV "21 day fix" recipe EVER! It's become a weekly tradition! I LOVE it when my peeps come home and get excited because "it's beef and broccoli night!" I love to MAKE it because the recipe is quick and easy:

2 lb beef, thinly sliced (I go for whatever is on sale)
1 can organic beef broth 
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup organic brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
one head of fresh broccoli
2 cups basmati rice
Put the sliced beef in the bottom of the crock pot. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over the beef. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Add broccoli (cut up), stir, and cook for another half an hour.
In the meantime, cook the rice. Serve Beef and Broccoli over rice.
YUM!
