Next year, at this time, do you want to be right where you are today?  Or do you want to be able to say that you achieved something really great?  

This month is my 1 year anniversary of hitting my goal weight!  I'd say keeping 65 lbs off for an entire year is cause for celebration...If I only knew what was possible, I would have done this so many years ago.  But, every decision we make is part of the person we've become...so I will look through the windshield vs. the rear view mirror.  

Next September, where do YOU want to be in life?  What would YOUR dream anniversary celebration be all about?

Bottom Layer:
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
4 Tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup 
Stir until smooth.
Set 10 mini muffin pan liners onto a tray or plate. Pour one tablespoon into each muffin cup liner without dribbling it down the inside. Put it in the freezer on a flat surface.
Top Layer:
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
4 Tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 cup unprocessed cocoa powder
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup 
Stir until smooth. Remove the pan with the bottom layer from the freezer. Add 1 Tbsp of the chocolate mixture to each muffin cup. It will fill them all the way to the top! Put the tray back in the freezer for 15 minutes. Enjoy one! Wipe chocolate from corner of mouth.  Then put the treats in a container in the fridge to store them.

I'm looking for 10 individuals to who are ready to start making DAILY progress with their health and fitness. I plan to coach, mentor, and hold these 10 accountable next month in our Online Support group that starts October 17th.

Before I got involved with these groups and coaching...
Life was looking pretty bleak. This is how I was feeling: 
--> LOST mom who had given ALL of myself away (every. last. drop). 
--> SO FAR GONE in regards to health and fitness
--> Daily debilitating back and neck pain
--> NO time for ME 
--> Embarrased of the my appearance
--> Anxiety, depression - some days it was hard to leave the house
--> Unhappy even though I have so much to be thankful for

I felt isolated and uncomfortable in my skin and I KNEW that I needed to do SOMETHING and QUICK....

So I took a leap of faith and joined a group just like this one, started exercising again, learning how to eat clean, drinking Shakeology, and I FINALLY got plugged into the type of SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY that I needed. The group was like magic! 

By changing things up, getting some help and guidance, and having a group of others JUST like me to help keep me on track - my whole life was and is STILL being transformed.

Now that I have been doing these groups for over 1.5 years, I am...

--> In the BEST shape and health of my life at the age of 43.
--> My marriage just keeps getting better. 
--> I have inspired so many others to have the same type of change.
--> I'm less stressed, more relaxed, and can handle situations so much better now.
--> I can do things I NEVER thought would be possible.
--> I am a positive role model for my kiddos (they learn more by what we do than what we say....) 

I am looking for 10 to join me this October.

I'm looking for those who are ready to take the first step in changing the way they look and feel and who are wanting someone to help them each step of the way to make sure that they are successful.
