Don't judge me.... Lol.
I wanted to share this with you all for "Wacky Wednesday".... Yes, that's me in my bathroom....
So the story is: I've been doing this little bathroom buns buster challenge (got the inspiration from fellow coach Maggie Deemer - thank you Maggie ) for a week now and I have to say, I think the tush is firming up a bit....so I thought I'd share.
How it works : every time you end up in the bathroom, do 10 squats. It feels really silly at first, but after a day or so, it becomes second nature.
**this would be in addition to your usual workout, not in place of.
I have even done these in the public restroom stalls.....no excuses.... 10 squats every time.
Too much info about what Jen does in the bathroom? Lol.
Who will commit to the bathroom buns buster challenge with me??
