4 Ingredient Peanut butter Oat Bars

Carb cravings were getting the best of me this week....In order to stay of our my kids' Eat-N-Park cookies, I decided to whip up these treats for a healthy "sweet" option. 

1.  Spray a 9X9 pan with cooking spray
2.  Melt 1 C natural Peanut Butter and 1/2 C honey in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. 
3.  Add 3 C quick oats and 1/3 C flax seeds
4.  Mix well
5.  Spread into the prepared pan
6.  Place pan in freezer for 15 minutes
7.  Cut into squares and store in an air tight container
**  store them in the fridge or freezer to keep them firm.
